I’m back!

I didn’t gain any weight since I stopped posting here, but I didn’t lose any either… so back where I started, except now I really wanna commit to this…

Starting to work out at the gym next tuesday if everything goes right.

So my first commitment to myself losing weight, this month, is: make of going to the gym a new habit.

Restructuring!

I have a terrible need of self-control and every time I fail on it I feel terrible about myself. So I’m gonna use this to help me with my expectations and the “overachieve” feelings.

The two things I’m most concerned about are college and my appearance, of course family and friends (social life) fit here too, but I can’t control my relationships very much.
